Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Weigh meats for sale. Price meat products. Clean and prepare fish and shellfish. Supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers. Train meat cutters. Slice cooked meats. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products.
