Hot Work setting: Foundry Tasks: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Establish work schedules. Prepare production and other reports. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Oversee safety of operations.
