Mark defective parts or products for repair. Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces. Utilize hand and power tools. Report any malfunctions to supervisor. Monitor logs and lumber movement to ensure cuts are made according to specifications. Inspect assemblies for alignment, symmetry, dimensions, fit and quality of workmanship. Follow emergency and safety procedures. Clean work area. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
