Salary: $27.69 to $40.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks: Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Organize and maintain inventory. Provide customer service. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
