Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 5 years or more Work setting: Commercial dental laboratory Tasks: Supervise technical staff. Train other dental technicians. Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases. Maintain and order supplies. Mould wax over dentures set-up. Pack plastic material in moulds to form full or partial dentures. Make orthodontic bands from metal and alloys. Polish and buff dentures Area of specialization: Ceramic or porcelain application Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
