Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and provide excellent front-desk customer service. Schedule and confirm appointments (phone/email). Maintain patient accounts, records, and insurance information. Submit insurance claims and prepare/send patient bills. Take patient payments and perform basic accounting tasks. Assist patients with intake and medical forms.
