We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Collision Repair Production & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on hybrid role combining production support, parts coordination, customer service, and estimating/administrative support. The ideal candidate understands the collision repair process and enjoys working with customers, technicians, suppliers, and insurance partners.What Youll Do ProductionCoordinate vehicle movement and repair progress. Work with technicians, estimators, and management to keep jobs moving. Follow up on delays, approvals, and outstanding items.Parts Order, receive, inspect, and organize repair parts. Track parts, backorders, returns, and credits. Work with suppliers and technicians to ensure parts are available when needed.Customer Service Welcome customers and provide professional service. Communicate repair progress, timelines, and completion updates. Handle calls, emails, appointments, and customer concerns.Estim
