Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks: Monitor staff performance. Set staff work schedules. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Plan and control budget and inventory. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure
