Prepare special orders. Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff. Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods. Draw up production schedules. Train staff. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Inspect kitchen and food service areas. Operate machinery. Organize and maintain inventory.
