Cold/refrigerated Work setting: Factory or plant. Rural area. Fish plant Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed. Move tools, equipment and other materials. Monitor engine, machinery and equipment indicators. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment. Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment. Assist in operation, repair and maintenance. Set up and operate machines to clean, cut, cook, smoke, brine, dehydrate or otherwise process fish or seafood products. Set up and operate
