Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks: Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Supervise staff. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Manage events. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Food safety/handling skills Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office.
