Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Work site environment: At heights. Cold/refrigerated. Dusty. Noisy. Outdoors Work setting: Various locations Tasks: Instruct apprentices. Supervise other workers. Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster. Clean and prepare surfaces. Cure freshly plastered surfaces. Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required. Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency. Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trim. Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings. Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces. Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages. Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications Transportation/travel information: Travel expenses paid by employer Work conditions
