Maintenance Mechanic

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Tasks: Assemble mechanical equipment. Assemble stationary industrial machinery. Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements. Construct foundations for machinery. Repair or replace defective machinery parts. Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up. Estimate costs and materials. Perform routine maintenance work on machinery. Operate machining tools to fabricate parts. Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Installing machinery and equipment. Operate hoisting and lifting equipment. Commission systems and components Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Standing for extended periods. Work under pressure Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication.
