Residential Tasks: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Supervise other workers. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Process incoming requisitions.
