Salary: $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually (to be negotiated)

Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Prepare and submit reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies. Conduct performance reviews. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Organize and maintain inventory. Manage difficult situations with customers. Manage finances or budget. Manage training and development strategies. Maintain payroll. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Supervise other technical support workers in this group. Resolve conflict situations. Manage staff and assign duties. Order parts and maintain inventory.
