Building Services Worker

Salary: $35.00 to $38.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: French Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 5 years or more Work setting: Various locations Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Maintain inventory of supplies Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Fast-paced environment.
