Salary: $39.00 to $45.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience Experience: 5 years or more Work site environment: Outdoors Work setting: Construction. Renovation. Commercial. Residential Tasks: Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites. Instruct apprentices. Supervise other workers Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Carpenter Trade Certification Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Work with minimal supervision Personal suitability: Accurate.
