Salary: $23.00 to $23.50 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work site environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming Work setting: Rural area Tasks: Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
