Noisy Work setting: Various locations. High-rise building construction sites Tasks: Examine plans, drawings and site layouts. Inspect construction of building and engineering construction. Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and building codes. Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies. Develop and implement quality control programs. Document work completed. Conduct quality control. Recommend corrective or enforcement action. Ensure that previously noted defects have been corrected. Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows Security and safety: Bondable Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines.
