Packaging Machine Operator - Food Processing

JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking dedicated and team-oriented individuals to join our packaging operation team. The Packaging/Processing Operator position involves operating various equipment, performing cleaning and sanitation tasks in the packaging area, and assisting co-workers during the downtime. Job rotation is required. Upon completion of the training, successful candidates will be assigned to the crew as needed and may also work in no-operating roles when required.RESPONSIBILITIES Cleaning air hose equipment, opening bags of rejected products, placing them in appropriate bin, and disposing of bags Sweep and clean packaging floors Perform regular bag checks, complete and document findings Conduct metal detector verification every 2 hours or at change over. Complete hourly coding checks. Change or add plastic or paper rolls using poly lift. Replenish tape in case of sealer. Operate equipment according to predetermined pack plans, completing multiple changeovers per day when required
