Languages: English Education: Bachelor's degree. Business, management, marketing and related support services, other Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization. Track and complete work orders. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Perform general office duties. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units. Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies. Provide customer service. Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Keep track of shipments Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills.
