The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Journeyman HVAC Technician , strong commercial HVAC expertise, and previous leadership or supervisory experience. As a Lead Hand, you will oversee field crews, coordinate daily work, mentor apprentices and technicians, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
