Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work site environment: Hog and pig farming. Odours Work setting: Rural area Tasks: Handling animals. Monitoring animal health. Perform pig littering activities such as clipping needle teeth, docking tails, administering iron and other medication(s), identification of piglets, and castration. Weaning. Feed and tend animals. Carry out a pasture or pen breeding programs. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens.
