Salary: $108,000.00 to $138,000.00 annually (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Master's degree Experience: 5 years or more Work setting: Chronic or long-term care facilities/centres. Nursing home/home for the aged Tasks: Assign health care workers to specific projects and programs. Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department. Direct and control daily operations. Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff. Provide nursing care Security and safety: Criminal record check. Immunization records. Tuberculosis test Personal suitability: Client focus.
