Job Purpose The FOH Cashier/Customer Service interacts with restaurant customers to take orders and process payments at the Point-of-Sale system (POS). This role involves wowing guests with outstanding service and hospitality, especially when greeting customers and serving their orders.  Responsibilities Greets every customer entering the premise with a warm smile and in a hospitable manner Maintains strong knowledge of the restaurant's menu including in-house promotions Assists customers with menu selection and answers all questions in a respectful and patient manner to elevate customer experience and score on suggestive selling Repeats customer orders for accuracy before entering them into the POS Processes payments at the POS and handles all transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures Delivers food from the kitchen line to the customer and thanks the customer for coming and encourages them to visit again Answers incoming phone calls to process take-out o
