Reporting to the R&D Manager, the Process Scientist is responsible for scaling up solutions for large scale manufacturing, and will assist in manufacturing solutions for use in research and development or commercial diagnostic products. This position involves operating a variety of small to large laboratory and solution mixing equipment and works in close collaboration with Product launch & Sustaining, Compliance and Operations staff to facilitate scale-up and design transfer into manufacturing environment.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Scaling up solutions and conjugation process from R&D scale to large scale manufacturing Design and execute experiments to define and justify operational ranges and process boundaries Responsible for manufacturing conjugates, buffer solutions, assay reagents and plasma-based solutions for use in research and development or commercial diagnostic products Work closely with production team on the reagent scale-up and design transf
