R&W Metal Fabricating and Design Inc., located in Paris, Ontario, is a manufacturer of steel fabricated products. We are currently looking for experienced Production GMAW (MIG) Welders to join our production team in the weld department. Production Welders are responsible for welding subassemblies and final assemblies using production fixtures/jigs in a fast-paced, high volume environment to meet specification. The qualified applicants will have the following qualifications and perform the following duties: Energetic individual able to work in fast paced environment with high productivity Minimum 1 year experience with GMAW (MIG) welding in a production environmentCWB certification is an asset Experience using overhead cranes and forklifts (including propane exchange) an asset Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods of time (9 hr shifts) with frequent movement (lifting, carrying, bending, turning and pulling) of material up to 50+ lbs Excellent
