Extremely cold Tasks: Operate heavy equipment. Read blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements. Use International Organization for Standardization (ISO) pattern joystick controls. Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks. Operate computer controlled equipment. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Secure special attachments to equipment. Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Heavy Equipment Operator Trade Certification. Occupational Health and Safety Certificate Security and safety: Drug test Transportation/travel information: Own transportation Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding.
