JOB DESCRIPTION Atlantic Towing Limited is seeking a Captain for their Harbour and Coastal Fleet.RESPONSIBILITIES The implementation of Atlantic Towing Limited Policies and Management System requirements on board and motivation of the crew in the observance of the safety and environmental protection policy Observing that the navigation of the vessel and day-to-day conduct of shipboard operations are carried out in a safe, environmentally sound and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, good seamanship practices and company policies and procedures Ensuring that a planned maintenance program is implemented and executed so that the vessel and her equipment are maintained in a proper condition, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, industry practices, and additional requirements of Atlantic Towing Limited Monitoring the vessel's certification status and maintain an up-to-date file of the vessel's certificates Reporting accidents/incidents, h
