Job Overview: Reporting directly to the FSQA Manager, the FSQA Specialist serves as a technical coordinator and system administrator for our high-volume tortilla manufacturing facility. This role bridges technical compliance with daily shop-floor execution, supporting the FSQA Manager in maintaining plant-wide food safety and quality programs. You will maintain HACCP documentation, execute internal audits, lead root-cause investigations, coordinate environmental monitoring, deliver employee training, and provide day-to-day technical support to QA Technicians. The role actively supports external FSSC 22000 audits, customer audits, and CFIA inspections under the direction of the Manager. High adaptability is required. You will step in flexibly across lab testing, floor inspections, administrative tasks, and emergent production needs. Key Responsibilities: *Supplier & Raw Ingredient Management:* Maintain and update supplier and ingredient verification files. Ensure all vendor documentatio
