The Scientist works with Institute scientists and technical staff providing support for Institute technical services and assigned projects, radiation safety training programs and services and consulting projects in Health Physics. The National Laboratories delivers technical services in Health Physics of which include: -National Personal Alpha Dosimetry-Instrument testing and calibration-Sealed source leak testing-National Radon Chamber-Advanced radiation measurement-Radon testing-Consulting Services-Training Services-Technical services research and program development In the performance of duties, the Scientist will work with radioactive sources. The Institute will provide laboratory safety, radiation safety and workplace training for the successful applicant.
