Mechanical Technologist

Salary: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience Experience: 5 years or more Tasks: Estimate costs and materials. Supervise, monitor and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports. Plan and manage budgets. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare reports or case histories. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met. Develop and implement quality control programs. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers. Plan and organize daily operations. Plan and organize construction projects.
