FUNCTION & DUTIES: Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and managing all aspects of development and programming to meet the business needs of the school board. He is also called upon to assist the teams in place and to participate in the maintenance of operational systems.
