The Opportunity The 2045 Collective operates at the intersection of media, technology, and strategy. We work with agencies and brands across Canada and the US to deliver high-performance digital campaigns for challenger brands, and we are growing. We are looking for a Programmatic Trader who is sharp, hands-on, and ready to own their desk. You have 3-4 years of programmatic experience, you know your way around a DSP, and you are excited about the craft of trading, not just the mechanics of it. Experience across search and social is a plus. What You'll Do Manage the setup, execution, and day-to-day optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple DS Ps and ad exchanges, with a clear focus on performance and ROI. Monitor campaign data continuously, identifying trends and acting on them quickly through adjustments to targeting, bidding, and creative rotation.
