Prepare monthly full Financials Package. Prepare Journal Entries (adjusting, accrual and reversing). Review & record monthly, scheduled and ad-hoc charges. Cash Management. Delinquency status management pursuant to reminder notices. Reconcile and transfer Blended Payments of Sections. Preparation of Proposed Budget Worksheets & Fees. Update approved budgets to systems. Prepare and process approved refunds. Prepare invoices for charge backs and strata fees owing by Developers and other third parties. Meet with Board?s Treasurers to clarify or resolve matters related to the financi
