Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat Equipment and machinery experience: Knives Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity.
