Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Clean kitchen and work areas Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Cook Trade Certification. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Safe Food Handling certificate. Food Safety Certificate Cuisine specialties: Italian cuisine.
