Salary: $120,000.00 to $180,000.00 annually (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Mechanical engineering/mechanical technology/technician. Operations management and supervision. Project management Experience: 5 years or more Work setting: Repair and overhaul organization. Overhaul. Workshop Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Train or arrange for training. Prepare bids. Estimate costs and materials. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Supervise technical staff.
