Grocery Clerk Supervisor

Languages: French Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work site environment: Non-smoking. Air conditioned Work setting: Retail service establishment. Retail business Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory.
