We are seeking an experienced Welder with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in welding and metal fabrication. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, and will be responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable materials. The role requires a strong understanding of safety procedures, blueprint reading, and quality control to ensure the highest standards are met.. _*Key Responsibilities:*_. Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding based on job specifications.. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and welding procedures.. Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.. Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws and ensure structural integrity.. Fabricate metal structures and components per design requirements.. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines.
