This position is ideal for an operator who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and producing high quality work. What You'll Do: Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Perform site grading, excavation, trenching, and drainage installation. Assist with retaining wall, septic system, and hardscape construction projects. Read and interpret grades, elevations, and site plans. Load and unload materials and equipment as required. Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks. Work closely with project managers and crew members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
