Summary: Sheehy Enterprises is an agricultural dealership that provides services to the Atlantic provinces of Canada. We are currently looking for an equipment technician who is hard-working, dedicated, and enjoys technical work in an agricultural setting. This position's primary role will be the installation and maintenance of manure equipment, stabling, cow comfort products, ventilation, custom fabrication and more. Below is a list of what we are looking for: Primary Responsibilities: Install, maintain and repair dairy farm equipment (manure equipment, feed, ventilation, stabling, etc.). Troubleshoot installation/mechanical issues/failures. Weld equipment and components for proper installation and custom fabrication. Follow diagrams/drawings and install all components accordingly. Co-operate with other construction contractors to ensure all aspects of the job are covered. Operate forklift/telehandler and aerial lift equipment on occasion.
