Vancouver, BC: Full-time | Approximately 40 hours per week: Compensation: Competitive, based on experience + tips: Entrecôte Restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate *Bar Manager* to lead our bar program and help create an exceptional beverage experience for our guests.. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, creative, and knowledgeable about cocktails and wine. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the bar, from daily operations and inventory to cocktail development and training the front-of-house team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Bar Operations: Manage the day-to-day operation of the bar. Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages to a consistently high standard. Ensure the bar is properly stocked, organized, clean, and ready for service. Complete all opening and closing duties and ensure proper bar procedures are followed. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized bar area throughout service. Ensure proper storage,
