Salary: $17.60 to $18.50 hourly

The Midnight Custodian is responsible for performing janitorial duties which ensure Westmoreland Sales offices are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner in compliance with applicable standards. Daily Responsibilities Include: Dust and disinfect furniture, desks, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, bookcases and shelves. Dust and disinfect phones. Sweep and Vacuum entry area, including rugs. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains and water dispensing systems. Clean high-touched surfaces (door knobs, light switches, desks if cleared, touch screens on photo copiers, faucets, cabinet handles and stair rails). Clean floors, glass, and walls as needed. Clean and sanitize washrooms. Empty all trash containers, refill soup & sanitizer dispensers and replenish toilet paper. Clean microwaves. Ensure all furniture and items are placed back in the original position. Dust corners, venting, shelving, lights, etc. with dust wand. Clean behind furniture. Adhere to the locking down, setting se
