Line Cook: Middle Beach Lodge is looking for a Line Cook to complete our kitchen team. We feature a Dining Room offering set menu dinners Tuesday through Saturday. Dinners are served in 3 courses, appetizer, entrée & sides, dessert, in one seating. We do not feature a la carte options so this position is perfect for someone with banquet cooking experience looking to develop their skills and leadership in the food & beverage sector.. The ideal candidate has previous kitchen experience, is reliable, has a strong attention to detail and is passionate about creating exceptional food! The line cook will work with others in a team, to ensure that our guests enjoy a unique dining experience.. The line cook will report to the Food and Beverage Manager, Lodge Manager and Assistant Manager.
