The successful candidate will: -Provide leadership, coordination, and supervision of the MHCB initiative and staff.-Develop and implement service plans aligned with MHCB objectives.-Liaise with school administration, community partners, and provincial MHCB networks.-Ensure timely submission of reports and evaluation surveys to the Saskatchewan Health Authority.-Oversee the quality and consistency of MHCB services and programming.-Mentor and provide direction to the Wellness Promoter.-Manage budget and resource allocation with fiscal accountability.-Engage stakeholders to connect students and families with specialized mental health and addiction services.-Ensure compliance with SHA contracts and privacy legislation.
