Must-haves: 10+ years of experience:. Extensive experience in software systems testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing across complex enterprise applications. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models. Test planning and strategy development, including risk-based testing approaches and test coverage analysis.
