Languages: English or French Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
