Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests. Provide information about motel facilities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary. Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions. Assist with reservations and room assignments. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications: This is an Entry Level Position. No experience necessary. Training provided.. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
