Salary: $400,000.00 to $500,000.00 annually (to be negotiated)

Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families. Provide lifestyle awareness information. Participate in staff meetings. Order medical diagnostic or clinical tests. Interpret medical test results.
